Do the right thing
Even (especially!) if it’s tough. Everyone must be better off or no deal.
Even if at first glance it would appear you’d be worse off for it. I feel the piece of mind you’ll get for being honest is always worth it. When in doubt – be honest. My experience has been that people appreciate transparency. And transparency builds trust.
Creating accommodation and habitats that support the growth of people. Creating an organisation that grows people.
